Q:What forms of payment do you accept?

A: I accept cash or card!

Q: I have another set on my nails from somewhere else, can I book a soak-off with a new set?

A: I no longer offer foreign soak-offs, so please arrive with bare nails if you are looking for a new set!

Q: What is the difference between a gel overlay and builder gel?

A: A gel overlay is a service that uses builder gel to enhance/strengthen the natural nail structure. I currently offer soft gel, and will be offering hard gel in the future!

Q: I have builder gel on my nails right now, can I book for a fill?

A: It depends! If your current set is not from me, then no :(. I am not offering fills on foreign sets. I also don’t offer foreign soak-offs so if you want a new set from me, please arrive with bare nails!

On my work, if you are 2 fills in or you have gone more than 3-4 weeks with your gel overlay set, please book for a soak-off and new set! This is necessary to prevent harmful nail conditions, as well as to maintain your nail health <3

Q: If I cancel my appointment before the 48-hour window, can I get my deposit back?

A: No, the $25 deposit is non-refundable as stated in my policies, and it will either go towards your next appointment if you decide to reschedule, or you will forfeit your deposit upon cancellaton. As an appointment-only nail technician, this protects my time!

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: If you need to reschedule/cancel, please do so at least 48 hours before your appointment day/time! Your deposit will go towards your next appointment if you cancel before the 48 your window! Last minute cancellations will result in forfeiture of your deposit, and you will have to pay another deposit to secure a new appointment.
