BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT
SOAK-OFFS/FILLS
Please add a soak-off to your services if you are booking a full set and have something on your nails, or if you want your previous set completely removed. Not booking a soak-off will allot an incorrect amount of time for your service, which could lead to cancellation of your appointment. Unfortunately, I am no longer offering foreign soak-offs! New clients please arrive with bare nails no exceptions!!
I am also no longer offering fills on sets that are not my work, so if you are looking for a new set, please arrive with bare nails! On my work, if your set is more than 3-4 weeks old, or if you have already had 2 fills, please book for a soak-off and new set. This is necessary to maintain proper nail health and to prevent harmful nail conditions!

If you are unsure which nail art tier to book, please ask when you DM @gelxseulgi your inspo pic! Proper nail art tier selection is necessary to allot enough time for your appointment!
SEULGI’S PICK! & MOODBOARD MODEL FREESTYLES
Seulgi’s PICK! sets are nail inspo that I have saved under my Seulgi’s PICK! highlight on IG! They’re nail designs that I align with/want to try and will be $10 off your total set! Lengths/services can be adjusted on these :) When you are booking for this service, please only book under the Seulgi’s PICK! service. I will give you a price quote once you send your inspo pictures on IG!
My moodoard model freestyle sets are sets with designs that I come up with (100% up to me) based on moodboards that I post on my story regularly. These are first come first serve, and you can DM me to claim! Any available moodboards will be in my “moodboards” highlight! These sets are discounted 10% off your total. Moodboard freestyles will be GEL-X, M/L length only!! Similar to Seulgi’s PICK!, please only book under the model moodboard set service, and I will give you a price quote once you send me the moodboard you are interested in on IG!
LOCATION
I will DM you the address the morning before the day of your appointment! I am located near Seattle U, and parking gets very stressful, so please plan accordingly for when you arrive <3
INSPO PICS
Please send your inspo pics to @gelxseulgi on IG when you are booking your appointment, or at least 48 hours before your appointment! It gives me enough time to see if I have all the materials needed, and to confirm that nail art tiers are chosen correctly. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your appointment.
CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE
If you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours before your appointment! Last minute cancellations/reschedules will forfeit your deposit, and you will have to pay a new deposit to secure another appointment. This makes up for my lost time! Your $25 deposit is nonrefundable, and will not be refunded under any circumstances, so please book accordingly!!
LATE POLICY
Pleasee let me know if you are running late!! If you are more than 15 mins late, it may result in cancellation of your appointment.
